How do I book my date?

To book your wedding or event date at The NP Event Space, a 50% retainer and signed contract is required.  Your date will not be secured until the retainer and contract are received.

Community, corporate and Non-Profit events are quoted on an individual basis ranging from $1,450 to $2,200 per day Weekday.

due to high demand for Saturday rentals there is no discount. the Saturday rental rate is $5,400.  

Tables and Chiavari chairs are included with community and non-profit events. (to seat up to 300)

Choose the RED or COURTYARD for your outdoor event.  Pricing is based on all day usage of the outdoor space.  No electricity or restrooms included in outdoor spaces.

Please note that setup and tear down must be completed only on days that are paid rentals.

The 50% retainer is due upon contract signing.  The balance and security deposit are due 30 days before the event.
