I LOVE Billie and Jeremy. Seriously. They are very individual, sweet and have so much love. What I really love about our couples is that they are all different and so wonderful at the same time.
When I first met with Billie and Jeremy they talked of having a steampunk themed wedding. It fit perfectly with the idea of minimal decor, accenting the building and property itself. Although their final wedding decor turned into more of a mix of steampunk with classic Victorian and a slight industrial feel, it was still so perfect. And of course, I can't NOT mention Billie's incredibly beautiful dress. The lace, the ruffle, the flow...seriously gorgeous!
They had an overcast, massive chance of rain day. We took a risk and it started to rain just as Billie's father walked her down the aisle. Just as the ceremony was finishing, the skies opened up to the most beautiful sunshine that landed right on Billie and Jeremy. It was meant to be. If you look closely, you can see the wet ground amidst sun just after their first kiss!
They had lots of fun touches including an old-fashioned photobooth, signature drink station, pie dessert bar, vintage cameras and steampunk themed decor that was mostly made by the bride. With delicious appetizers and dinner served by Prairie Bay and great company, it was a perfect day!
